Everyone at Royal Carriages really went out of their way to make our experience the best possible. When the Halloween festivities threatened our chosen date, Sherman promptly contacted us and made our rescheduled time an even better experience! Our driver Emily was absolutely wonderful, taking the cues from us when we wanted more information and when we just wanted to stare into one another's eyes. Seriously, these folks could not have made this experience any better!! How often can you say that?
